COVID-19 Safety Guidelines.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Waxology! We have enhanced our safety protocols and disinfecting measures in-salon to ensure our clients can receive services in a safe and comfortable environment. We ask that everyone adhere to the following:
New Salon Policies:
•If you are experiencing fever, chills, a new or worsening cough, shortness of breath, new muscle aches or headache, or a sore throat; you must reschedule your appointment.
•If you have travelled within 14 days of your appointment, you must reschedule.
•We are temporarily suspending Lip/Chin/Nose/Cheek waxing services, walk-in appointments, cancellation fees, snack & beverage service, and cash transactions.
(We accept all debit & credit cards)
•All clients are required to wear a face mask while inside of the salon. If you are unable to supply your own, we will have masks available for purchase ($2.00 + tax).
•We kindly ask that talking be kept to a minimum during services.
In-Salon Safety Plan
To enter the salon, please use the rear/parking lot entrance and exit out of the front/56th street facing door. Upon arrival, please text reception and we will confirm that we are ready for you to enter.The salon doors will remain locked between appointments. Please use our hand sanitizing station upon entry. You’ll find additional hand sanitizers and/or hand washing sinks available inside treatment areas and at reception. Please only bring necessary items into the salon, leaving unnecessary items at home. Reduce the usage of cell phones to only emergencies or needs pertaining to your appointment.
Please note the measures in place to ensure social distancing throughout the salon, follow the guidance of floor markers and signage to ensure 2 meters (6 feet) distance is maintained where possible. No more than 8 people shall occupy the salon at one time. We ask that you arrive on time and alone to your appointment; no family members, friends, or children may accompany you.
All service providers and clients will be required to wear face masks inside of the salon. Waxers will also wear additional PPE and wash their hands before and after each service is provided. All work stations will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each client. This includes all high touch surfaces such as payment terminals, counters, and door handles.
Waxology and it’s staff reserves the right to refuse services to those that are unable to comply with these stated policies.
